The breakfast area had an Arabic theme, reflective of Ibn Batuta's culture.
The service had inconsistencies among staff. One day staff pulled out chairs and escorted them to tables, the next day they barely acknowledged you. Many staff seemed like they did not want to be there.

i liked the warm water in the pool. the staff was very helpful. the nearby shopping mall was convenient. faisal cleaned my room very well he.
the breakfast buffet got boring after the third night for europeans the warm dishes are based on indian food.

Rashid, Sushil, and Abdallah were great. They took care of all our needs and I can't wait to visit again. I want to enjoy another week-long stay at this hotel, I hope to come back soon.
The concierge service was terrible. They offered us a car to go to the airport without an explanation of the price. I found this misleading. They lied that taxi services were not working, but there were cars waiting

the breakfasts totally rocked i mean a wide selection of nuts cereals delicious honey very good omelets and tasty coffee what more could you want the rooms were super clean they cleaned daily and the bathroom had nice toiletries talk about a great touch the bed was super comfy too it made for a perfect night's sleep

The corporate training event i attended was successful. The hotel handled 23 international participants smoothly for six days. communication with hotel management, including the head chef, went well. the training facilities had all needed equipment. my room was meticulously clean and super comfy. the staff were very kind and professional.
the carpet in my room had stains, and i noticed some furniture looked old.
